The round interconnected appearance of the logo reflects the organic nature being inspired by cells and mitosis.
The logo design is widely integrated as an identity signature of the brand and is reflected in products and promotional materials.

Posters & Social Media Design
Shape elements of the logo and color palettes were utilzied in the posters to delivering a consistent design language.
Layering photos of the algae worked effectively to convey the main topic of the museum’s exhibit.
For the poster, green algae and red algae versions were made along social media posts.

Merch Design
For merch designs, using the brand guideline and keeping consistent design language were the crucial points.
Main product was about delivering the idea of a futuristic algal lamp and the packaging design for it.
Three lamp packages were designed as a series, each with a different color theme and algae species.
The design layout was done considering how the print would appear when the box is folded up.
Alongside the algal lamp packaging, various other merch and products were designed.
Tickets, pins, t-shirt, stickers, and tote bags were desiged utilizing the design language of Museum of Microcultures brand guideline.
The logo’s shape elements provided a strong brand language to the designs that adds character across the varying products.
Brand Guideline
Overall, Museum of Microcultures was a great design project that improved my skills in delivering full branding guidelines, utilizing design elements and language across various works, and ensuring consistency in design.
